Arrest warrants have been issued against Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar following an indictment- formal written accusation- charging them with paying around $265 million in bribes. Indictments are issued in US after a grand jury believes there's sufficient proof against the accused. US authorities will approach Indian government through Indian embassy to execute the warrants here, Reuters said.
