Tata Trusts files response to complaints over SDTT governance

Tata Trusts has responded to complaints by trustees Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh regarding governance and other issues at the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT), filing its reply with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner. The submission was made before proceedings ended, Moneycontrol reported. SDTT holds 28% of Tata Sons, while Sir Ratan Tata Trust holds 23.6% and remains barred from meetings.
