US President Donald Trump has said he expects to have the "honour of taking Cuba in some form". This comes as the island nation faces power blackouts due to an oil blockade imposed by the US. "Whether I free it, take it. I think I could do anything I want with [Cuba]...They're a very weakened nation right now," he added.
