What is the suggested diet for less active men and women as per ICMR?

According to ICMR, suggested breakfast for nourished sedentary men includes soaked and boiled bajra (90gm) and vegetables (50gm), while that for women includes soaked and boiled bajra (60gm) and vegetables (100gm). In lunch, men may include cereals (100gm) and pulses (30gm), while women may take cereals (80gm) and pulses (20gm). 50ml milk is suggested for both in the evening.
