Colombia's Barranquilla had world's worst traffic congestion in 2024 with average travel time of 36:06 minutes per 10km, as per TomTom Traffic Index. Kolkata (34:33 minutes), Bengaluru (34:10 minutes) and Pune (33:22 minutes) ranked second, third and fourth. London ranked fifth while Japan's Kyoto, Peru's Lima, Davao City in Phillippines and Peru's Trujillo ranked sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth.
