OpenAI claims to have cracked 90-year-old maths problem in 88 hours

ChatGPT-maker OpenAI has claimed to have solved the 90-year-old Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness problem in 88 hours using 10,000 AI agents. It's one of the seven Millennium Prize problems. The company said the proof shows smooth fluid motion can develop finite-time singularity. It added the bots exchanged three million messages and used up 130 billion output tokens on the problem.
