Mumbai prime home prices rise 6.2% in Q2 2026, rank 8th globally: Study
Mumbai's prime home prices rose 6.2% year on year in Q2 2026, placing the city eighth globally, according to Knight Frank. Prices increased 1.7% from the previous quarter, taking five-year growth to 41.3%. Bengaluru ranked 12th with 4.5% annual growth, while Delhi ranked 17th with prices up 3.9% year on year and unchanged quarterly.
