Speaking amid speculation of change of CM in Karnataka, Congress leader and Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi will take final call. "High command's decision is prasada," he stated. His remarks come after Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said that no decision has been taken on replacing CM. Siddaramaiah is currently the CM of the state.
