CJP alleges delay in Ranka & Das' bail, says 'Magistrate said he received threat message'

CJP has alleged that the state deliberately delayed bail to Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. CJP's legal head Ratna Singh claimed while the hearing was scheduled for 12 pm, the magistrate entered the courtroom at 5 pm and said he received a threat message within five minutes of the proceeding. "It's clear that this entire episode was orchestrated," Singh alleged.
