Puerto Rican boxer Prichard Colón had built an unbeaten professional record with 16 wins, including 13 knockout victories, before his 2015 fight against Terrel Williams. The 33-year-old suffered repeated illegal blows to the back of his head in the fight, collapsed afterwards and was diagnosed with subdural haematoma. Prichard spent 221 days in coma and later remained in vegetative state.
