Research reveals best and worst times for mental health

A research by University College London has revealed a time-of-day analysis of mental health and wellbeing. "People generally wake up feeling best and feel worst around midnight. There is also...strong evidence for better mental health and well-being in summer," it said. "[There is] more variation in mental health and individual well-being during weekends compared with weekdays," it added.
