Several hotels in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow received bomb threats via email on Sunday. The sender also demanded a $55,000 (₹46,24,288) ransom and threatened that an explosion would take place if the ransom demand was not fulfilled. This comes a day after at least ten hotels in Gujarat's Rajkot city received bomb threat emails, which turned out to be a hoax.
