Somalian UN envoy slammed Israeli representative over accusations of Somalia committing "genocide" of the Isaaq people. The envoy explained Somalian history and pointed out Israel's hypocrisy in relation to Palestine war, and said, "To come to this place, and lecture us [on] humanity, genocide, human rights, independence and democracy, [But] we know what you're [Israel] doing on a daily basis."
