Video shows flash flood engulfing Tibet-Nepal border structure, sweeping away people running for life

A video showed flash flood waves completely engulfing a structure at the Tibet-Nepal border and sweeping away several people who were running for their lives. Hundreds of people are said to have been affected by the waves. Flash floods have wreaked havoc in Nepal, where at least 16 people have been killed and hundreds, including 105 Indians, are missing.
