The BJP Parliamentary board on Tuesday has appointed Health Minister JP Nadda as the Central Observer of the party to oversee the election of Assam Chief Minister. Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini has been appointed as the Central Co-Observer in the state. This comes a day after BJP won 82 seats in the state Assembly elections.
