A man wearing a balaclava allegedly ran towards UK's former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, brother of King Charles, while he was walking his dogs close to his residence. The man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and possession ​of an offensive weapon. Andrew, who was stripped of his titles last year, ​left in ​his ⁠car with security member.
