Jordan Brown, a US national who was arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Maharajganj district on Saturday, carried a Chinese passport, officials said on Tuesday. Other items that were found on him are a mobile phone, Nepalese currency, religious books, an AI-powered translation device, a diary, a wristwatch and other personal belongings. The matter is being probed by different agencies.
