Yogi govt approves ₹604 crore to revamp 3,126 schools across UP

CM Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has approved ₹604 crore to rebuild and repair 3,126 council-run primary and upper primary schools. The decision aims to improve infrastructure, basic school facilities, and provide safer learning environments. The Basic Education Department has released ₹302 crore as the first instalment, with construction and repair work expected to begin soon.
