Russia on Wednesday said it will remain in OPEC+ despite the UAE's decision to exit the alliance of oil producers. On the UAE's withdrawal, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, "This is a sovereign decision...and we respect it." He added that Russia hopes OPEC+ will continue to operate, describing it as a "very important area of work" amid energy market turmoil.
