100-yr-old tree which was cut down replanted using crane, now growing again

In November 2022, Bharat Sisodia and his team rescued a nearly 100-year-old peepal tree that had been cut down in Ahmedabad, leaving only six to seven feet of its trunk. They moved it two kilometres using a crane and replanted it. The tree has since reportedly shown new growth. Sisodia calls his approach 'plantenance', a combination of planting and maintenance.
