Which states mandate regional language for official communication?

West Bengal on Monday mandated the use of Bangla for official communication from September 1. Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Assam and Gujarat have made the use of regional languages mandatory for official communications. While states can use regional languages for communications, they can not use them for official correspondence with the Centre.
