Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary approved the establishment and operation of five new private universities in the state. The approved institutions include Shanja University in Madhubani, a private university in Siwan, SA University in Nawada, Himalaya University in Patna, and Seetyog University in Aurangabad. The CM also approved the construction of new court buildings in four districts of Bihar.
