Gold prices fall 3% in a week in India, silver declines 6%

Gold prices declined ₹4,500, or 3%, in India during the week, while silver fell ₹13,500, or 6%. On Friday, gold prices remained unchanged at ₹1,49,900 per 10 grams in Delhi, while silver held steady at ₹2.15 lakh per kilogram. Further, the rupee strengthened for sixth straight session on Friday and settled 7 paise higher at 94.92 against the US dollar.
