Grandmother of Anukalp Mishra, one of the eight accused in the Ram Mandir donation theft case, defended him, saying, "Anukalp is my wonderful grandson. He never gossips or complains...he doesn't even chew gutka or paan." The Uttar Pradesh Police conducted an eight-hour raid at Mishra's house in Ayodhya. He is alleged to be the mastermind of the multi-crore embezzlement racket.
