OpenAI poaches global revenue chief of Musk's SpaceXAI

ChatGPT-maker OpenAI has appointed Brian McCarthy as its Vice President of Global Sales. McCarthy previously worked at Elon Musk's SpaceXAI, where he took charge in August following its acquisition of Cursor. He had served as President of Global Revenue and Worldwide Field Operations at both companies. McCarthy is the first major executive hired by OpenAI Chief Revenue Officer Dali Rajic.
