Burger King has revealed plans to use an AI assistant called 'Patty' to evaluate employee interaction with customers for "friendliness", The Verge reported. The system, trained to recognise words and phrases such as 'please', 'welcome to Burger King' and 'thank you', will be integrated into the headsets used by employees. Patty will also assist employees with meal preparation.
