The Himachal Pradesh CID launched an investigation after samosas and cakes meant for CM and Congress leader Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu were served to his staff on October 21. Following this an investigation was launched by CID, whose report labelled this act as "anti-government". The report added that those involved in this appeared to be "acting according to their own agenda".
