Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has officially signed regulations to legally authorise 100% ethanol fuel in vehicles. While speaking about this, Gadkari said, "People used to laugh when I spoke of this dream, and some friends even criticised it." He added that attempts were made to spread disinformation against ethanol-blended petrol.
