The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday dismissed TMC's plea seeking 'protection of data' allegedly seized by ED during I-PAC raids. The court dismissed plea after recording ED's categorical statement that nothing was seized during searches conducted on January 8. The raids were conducted in connection with a money laundering investigation linked to an alleged multi-crore coal pilferage scam.
