Wipro has issued a statement saying it's cooperating with authorities after a former Hindu woman employee alleged that her boss, Shahina Rafiq, pressured her to convert her religion at the company's office in Pune's Hinjewadi. "We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of misconduct," Wipro said. The victim claimed that Wipro officials dailed to act on her complaints.
