Will hit Russian refineries over their 'new doctrine' of strikes: Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine will increase attacks on Russian oil refineries in response to Moscow's alleged new doctrine targeting civilian areas. He said Ukraine would respond to the change in tactics by Moscow, but would not target civilian infrastructure. Zelenskyy also said a Ukrainian counteroffensive has recaptured around 140 sq km in Donbas.
