Billionaire Elon Musk on Tuesday merged his space exploration company SpaceX and AI start-up xAI into one entity worth $1.25 trillion (₹113 lakh crore). In one of the biggest tech mergers to date, the deal values SpaceX at $1 trillion and xAI at $250 billion. xAI investors will get 0.1433 shares of SpaceX for each share they own in xAI.
