A Karnataka court directed filing of FIRs against senior executives of the Netherlands-based KLM Airlines for denying boarding to Tamil Nadu-based executive JS Sathishkumar's family, moments before their Bengaluru-Peru flight's departure in 2024. The family booked tickets worth ₹49 lakh, and were denied boarding over visa-related confusion. He claimed his family had completed initial formalities.
