Amid speculation that 2/3rd of rebel TMC MPs could form a new bloc in the Lok Sabha, legal experts say they could still be disqualified. According to anti-defection law, rebel MPs may escape disqualification by merging with another party, like Raghav Chadha and other AAP MPs did. "They have to merge...They can't be a separate bloc," an expert said.
