A court in Bangladesh's Chattogram rejected the bail plea of ex-ISKCON priest Chinmoy Krishna Das once again and refused to advance the hearing on the bail petition. The court said that the lawyer who filed the petition seeking the advanced hearing did not have the power of attorney from the monk and the petition will be heard on January 2.
