'Gondhal' took international approach to stand out against Dhurandhar: Director

Filmmaker Santosh Davakhar opened up about 'Gondhal' being selected as India's official Oscar entry, explaining how the film could've stood up to blockbusters like 'Dhurandhar'. While discussing the selection, Davakhar said, "These are really good films, but at the international level, the approach of the film is completely different...I'd like to say that Gondhal is representing all of them."
