A video showed huge plumes of black smoke rising from a building in Ukraine's capital Kyiv after a Russian drone attack on an arms plant, RT reported. Russia struck Kyiv with missiles and drones on Sunday, killing one person and injuring over 20 people. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had earlier warned citizens of a Russian attack using the Oreshnik missile.
