Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz a day after opening the key waterway, spokesperson for Iranian Armed Forces announced. "Transit through the Strait of Hormuz has reverted to its previous state of strict military control due to repeated violations by the US," the spokesperson said. Iran had on Friday opened the strait for the remaining period of Israel-Lebanon ceasefire.
