Deadly floods hit US' Kentucky, 3 killed

A state of emergency has been declared in Kentucky, US, after deadly floods swept through parts of the state. At least three people have been killed and several others injured, with officials warning that the death toll could rise. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear urged residents not to drive after dark, saying one motorist was swept away and killed in floods.
