The world record for most sixes hit in a T20 match was broken in the KKR-PBKS IPL 2024 clash on Friday. As many as 42 sixes were hit in the match, with KKR smashing 18 sixes and PBKS slamming 24 sixes. The previous world record was set in SRH-MI and RCB-SRH IPL 2024 matches, with both witnessing 38 sixes each.
