Bangladesh on Thursday summoned India’s Acting High Commissioner in Dhaka, Pawan Badhe, to protest against remarks made by Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma. Sarma recently said the relations between two nations shouldn't improve. "When relations improve, Indian government doesn't want to push back illegal migrants...Therefore, people of Assam prefer a hostile relationship between the two," he said.
