MEA said 288 Indian nationals remain uncontactable in Nepal after flash floods near Nepal-Tibet border, while 21 from Tamil Nadu were rescued. About 200 Indians sought evacuation from the Chinese side. Most of the affected people were Kailash Mansarovar pilgrims or tourists.
