Indian AI startup GreyLabs AI's CEO and Co-founder Aman Goel claimed IndiGo deduced money from the refund amount despite promising 100% refunds for the hundreds of flights it is cancelling. Goel said IndiGo deducted ₹8,718 and refunded ₹24,986 for a flight the airline supposedly cancelled. "Total deductions ₹8,718 and they call it 100% refund. IndiGo, care to explain?" Goel said.
