NGT orders removal of encroachments on Delhi's Kanganheri pond

The National Green Tribunal has directed authorities to remove encroachments from a 13-bigha pond in Delhi's Kanganheri village and restore it to its original size. The October 13 order, based on a demarcation map, also mandates bio-fencing over a boundary wall and allows the applicant to approach the tribunal if directions are not implemented.
