An IndiGo passenger shared a video showing two adjacent check-in counters of the airline at Chandigarh airport showing a 2.3-kg difference in the same bag's weight. He said he approached the second counter as he felt his bag wasn't as heavy as the first counter's weighing scale showed. "These little things break our trust in the system," he said.
