Nine employees at TCS' Nashik office have filed FIRs against senior staff and an HR manager. The FIRs revealed repeated sexual exploitation, molestation and harassment by multiple male colleagues, including physical advances under false promises of marriage. The victims also alleged religious coercion and forced conversion. The FIRs further accused HR officials of failing to act on complaints.
