BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari won from both Nandigram and Bhabanipur Assembly seats. Notably, the Leader of the Opposition in the Bengal Assembly, Adhikari, has defeated the sitting CM, Mamata Banerjee, from Bhabanipur. Adhikari had defeated Mamata from Nandigram in 2021. BJP is set to form a government in West Bengal for the first time as it's ahead on 207 seats.
