The ESA-led Rosalind Franklin mission is scheduled to launch aboard SpaceX's Falcon Heavy in 2028. Rosalind Franklin rover will be the first to drill into the Martian surface and search for organic materials that could hint at past or present life on the planet. NASA has given approval for the Rosalind Franklin Support and Augmentation (ROSA) project to begin implementation.
