Assam Police detains 27 Bangladeshis in Guwahati, Rangia

Assam Police and GRP detained 27 Bangladeshi nationals, including women and minors, from Guwahati and Rangia on Wednesday. They allegedly entered India through a secret route in Meghalaya via a paid racket. Deportation process has begun under the Immigrants (Expulsion from Assam) Act, 1950.
