Amid panic in Pakistan over India revoking Indus Waters Treaty, Pakistani minister Musadik Malik issued an unprovoked threat to "cut off those hands" that sought to claim Pakistan's so-called share of water. "There's a tap being controlled by the PM of a neighbouring country. He says he won't let even a drop of water flow into Pakistan," Malik said.
